Return and Refund Policy - Natura Genesis

Returns:

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service at +91 92150 45513 with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at admin@mediwinlabs.com.

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, send it to: 11 to 20 Vita enclave Dhulkot Road, near sena nagar Ambala, Haryana – 134003 IN.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
